What is the address for The Natural Bridge?
15 Appledore Lane, Natural Bridge VA 24578. We are about (1)
hour North of Roanoke Virginia and less then (15) minutes from
Lexington, Va.
How close are you to the Blue Ridge Parkway?
We are less than 6 miles off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Are you near the Virginia Horse Center?
Yes, we are located approximately (15) minutes from the
Virginia Horse Center
Are you near VMI or Washington & Lee University?
Yes, we are approximately (15) minutes from either campus.
DAILY HOURS & EVENTS
Are you open in the winter?
Yes, the Natural Bridge is open in the winter but, the
Native American Village and Caverns will close. Please consult
the Daily Schedule on The Natural Bridge home page to verify
operating hours on a specific date.
Are there events at the Natural Bridges?
Yes, The Natural Bridge hosts several events throughout the
year. Sign up for the newsletter, follow us on Twitter, friend
us on Facebook or consult the Events page under the Visit Us tab
on the website to stay informed.
Do you host a New Years Eve event?
Yes, it traditionally sells out well in advance. Please
continue to watch the website or sign up for the newsletter for
further information.
THE NATURAL BRIDGE AND ATTRACTIONS

Yes, we have a Facebook site and you can follow us on
Twitter. Click on the icons at the bottom of the page to follow

What are the admission prices?
Please click on any “Buy Tickets” link to view the current
admission pricing.
Can we get married at The Natural Bridge?
Yes, however The Natural Bridge must remain open for the
general public. Receptions are often held in the hotel banquet
rooms. Please consult the Meetings & Events tab for more
information.
Are the attractions ADA accessible?
Yes, the hotel and attractions are ADA accessible. The Cedar
Creek Trail is a natural trail and is only paved from the entry
point to the far side of the Bridge. The areas past the Natural
Bridge leading out to the Native American Village, Salt Peter
Cave and Lace falls is a gravel pathway. The Natural Bridge
Caverns were formed naturally and require the ability to walk.
Do I have to walk down the stairs to get to The Natural
Bridge?
No, there is an ADA accessible shuttle that runs
continuously during normal operation. The shuttle will drop you
off within 300 yards of the Natural Bridge
How long are my tickets good for?
Once activated, your tickets are good for two consecutive
days.
Are pets allowed on the Cedar Creek Trail?
Pets are allowed on the Cedar Creek trail provided they
remain on a leash. Service animals only are permitted in the
Gift Shop and Wax Museum.
Am I allowed to carry firearms on the property if I have a permit?
Our policy is that no weapons are permitted on the property.
Can I buy my tickets online?
Yes, you must then present the voucher at the ticket counter
to receive your admission tickets.
SHOPPING & DINING
Can I purchase products from the gift shop online?
No, there is not currently an online store but, we expect to
have one soon.
Do I need reservations for the Friday night Seafood Buffet?
Yes, advanced reservations are strongly encouraged.
How do I make reservations in the Colonial Dining Room?
Please call 540-458-3750.
Where is the nearest shopping area?
Historic downtown Lexington, VA is the nearest shopping
district.
THE NATURAL BRIDGE HOTEL
Does The Natural Bridge Hotel have meeting space?
Yes, we have over 9,000 sq ft of meeting space and up to
eight different flexible room combinations. Please look at the
Meetings & Events tab on the website for further information.
Do you have special romantic getaway packages?
Yes, we offer packages seasonally throughout the year.
Please click on any Book Room icon tothe hotel packages page to view current offerings.
Are there group rates available?
Yes, groups over (10) can call group sales for discounted
ticket and room rates if reservations are made in advance.

Do you honor Government, AAA and AARP rates?
Yes, please call to make a
reservation and advise the agent at that time. Active
credentials are required upon check-in to receive these rates.
If you do not have them with you upon check-in you will be
offered the best available consumer rate for your stay.
Are dogs permitted in the hotel?
Dogs are permitted in the cottage rooms only. An additional
$15.00 pet fee per night, per dog, does apply.
Where are the cottages?
The cottages are located on the hillside across the road
from the main hotel.
Is The Natural Bridge Hotel ADA accessible?
Yes, please call to request an ADA accessible room.
Where are the nearest Campgrounds?
The KOA at Natural Bridge and Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park at
Natural Bridge are the nearest campgrounds.
