The Natural Bridge Hotel & Conference Center offers meeting planners a special retreat from the ordinary; a perfect combination of meeting space, magnificent surroundings and a truly one-of-a-kind experience that is unmatched. Planners may choose from six (6) different meeting venues ranging from 300 square feet to 10,000 square feet, including our main ballroom The Jefferson which can be divided into three (3) separate rooms. Central hotel access and custom room configurations give meeting planners the choices and flexible space they need to make their event successful and their groups satisfied.

*The Historic Washington Ballroom is currently under renovation and will reopen on May 14, 2014. In addition to the six meeting spaces in the hotel, Natural Bridge Park offers a unique and flexible outdoor space for catered functions. The Summerhouse and Cedar Creek Café is nestled along the banks of Cedar Creek with beautiful views of the Natural Bridge arch and can accommodate up to 150 people. The Summerhouse is equipped with a kitchen, covered seating for 150, a patio for entertainment or dancing, and an outdoor fireplace for those cool mountain evenings.

Our chefs and catering staff can provide a variety of menus to fit all budgets. The foods and wines of Virginia’s Blue Ridge, lend a special flavor to events at Natural Bridge.
